As a User Experience Arch Associate Manager at Accenture, you will be part of the Technology for Operations team, serving as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. You will need to understand the strategic direction set by senior management and align your work with team goals. Your primary interactions will be with your direct supervisor or team leads, as well as peers and management levels at clients and within Accenture. You should be capable of making decisions independently on new assignments, with minimal guidance. The ideal candidate for this role should have a background in User Interface (UI) Design, User Experience (UX), 3D Designing, Creative Design, and UI/UX Design. It is essential to comprehend the principles of User Experience (UX or UE) and enhance user satisfaction with products by improving usability, accessibility, and overall interaction experience. You may also be involved in projects related to Application Hosting Operations (AHO), Infrastructure Management (ISMT), and Intelligent Automation. With a requirement of 10 to 14 years of experience and a qualification in Any Graduation, you will be leading medium-small sized teams or work efforts, either as an individual contributor or manager, at client sites or within Accenture.
