User Experience Arch Associate Manager

As a User Experience Arch Associate Manager at Accenture, you will be part of the Technology for Operations team, serving as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. Your primary role will involve providing innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. You will collaborate closely with the sales, offering, and delivery teams to identify and develop innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Analysis and solving of moderately complex problems - Creating new solutions by leveraging existing methods and procedures - Understanding the strategic direction set by senior management and aligning team goals accordingly - Interacting with direct supervisors, team leads, peers, and management levels at clients or within Accenture - Working independently on new assignments with minimal guidance - Making decisions that impact the team and occasionally other teams - Managing medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture Qualifications Required: - Any Graduation - 10 to 14 years of experience In this role, you will require a strong understanding of User Interface (UI) Design, User Experience (UX), 3D Designing, Creative Design, and UI/UX Design. You will also be responsible for enhancing user satisfaction with products by improving usability, accessibility, and overall user experience. Your duties will include understanding the principles of User Experience (UX or UE) and perceptions of utility, ease of use, and efficiency.
