You are invited to join our team as an IT Support and Networking Specialist where you will be responsible for overseeing networking and security operations in our offices located in India and Malaysia. Your primary role will involve implementing and maintaining information security protocols, focusing on firewall maintenance, configuration, security controls, hardware upkeep, staff asset performance management, user credential management, and frameworks to ensure uninterrupted operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Monitoring network activities and ensuring security measures are in place. - Implementing information security protocols within the organization. - Maintaining and configuring firewalls to enhance security. - Conducting hardware maintenance activities. - Managing the performance of staff assets and user credentials. - Implementing frameworks to ensure zero downtime. Qualifications and Skills required: - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 3-5 years of experience in IT support and networking, with a focus on security. - Proficiency in networking protocols, firewall technologies, and security controls. - Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools, security incident response procedures, hardware maintenance, and staff asset management. This is a full-time position with benefits such as Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shifts.
