Position: Senior U.S. Immigration Specialist Location: Onsite (All five days) Experience Required: 12 + years in U.S. immigration (both immigrant and non-immigrant processes), preferably in a consultancy or legal environment Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end processing of a wide range of U.S. non-immigrant visa petitions (H-1B, L-1, B-1/B-2, F-1, TN, etc.) and immigrant visa cases (PERM, I-140, Adjustment of Status, Consular Processing, etc.). Develop tailored immigration strategies for clients while ensuring compliance with USCIS, DOL, DOS, and CBP regulations. Prepare, review, and file immigration petitions and responses to RFEs, NOIDs, and audits in coordination with attorneys and clients. Provide expert guidance and consultation to clients, including individuals and corporates, on U.S. immigration processes, documentation, and legal requirements. Keep updated on changing U.S. immigration laws and advise clients proactively on impacts and solutions. Maintain accurate and timely records using case management systems. Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and attorneys to ensure smooth processing and high-quality service delivery. Serve as a client-facing liaison to handle escalations and complex immigration scenarios. Preferred Qualifications: Strong working knowledge of both non-immigrant and immigrant U.S. visa categories Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in immigration consulting or a legal/law firm setting Familiarity with case management tools and client service best practices Immediate joiners preferred. Oversee the H-1B petition lifecycle: filing, amendments, extensions, and transfers. Lead Green Card process management, including PWD, PERM, I-140, and I-485 filings.
