As a Business Analyst Lead in Gurgaon with Job Code #00004239, you should ideally possess 10-14 years of experience. Understanding the importance of configuring insurance workflows will be essential, along with prior experience in US-based projects related to gathering requirements on insurance line of business changes, modifying application workflows, and managing insurance forms. Your technical skills should be complemented by good communication and documentation skills, which are crucial for effective collaboration within the team and with clients. While experience in commercial lines is preferred, it is not mandatory. A B.Tech/Degree in Business Administration/Information Systems or a related field is preferred as the educational background. As a team player, you will be entrusted with team lead responsibilities on multiple projects, overseeing and managing teams. Expectations include managing a team with tight SLAs on deliveries and maintaining open communication with US-based clients regarding SLAs, deliveries, and expectations. Knowledge of maintaining team performance metrics and status is crucial. In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to play a mentoring role by teaching young and fresher Business Analysts about application configuration and forms setup.
