As a Data Services Consultant II at UKG Ready, you will be part of the Services Advising job family within the Ready Implementation Services (RIS) workgroup under the UKG Customer Experience (CX) division. Your role will involve working on new customer deployments of the UKG Ready product and collaborating with UKG Ready customers across various geographies. We are looking for individuals with expertise in the Human Capital Management or Workforce Management domain, particularly with products such as ADP, Ceridian Dayforce, Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft, Ramco, SAP SuccessFactors, and Workday. In this role, you will join our Strategic Advisory Solutions team and act as a thought leader within the RIS. Your primary focus will be on the Advisory Services program, specifically concentrating on the Ready Balance Sheet Approval process. To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative - Capacity to align daily tasks with broader strategic objectives - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Basic understanding of U.S. W2 and/or U.S. tax reports (941 reporting) - At least 2 years of professional experience in a functional or technical role supporting or implementing a UKG product - Experience in coaching and mentoring peer groups or individuals - Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely - Consultative, organized, detail-oriented, accurate, and responsive approach - Ability to manage multiple priorities independently to achieve desired outcomes - Up-to-date knowledge of new product capabilities and how to leverage them effectively - Drive to propose solutions rather than just identifying problems - Willingness to work collaboratively in teams and assist others as needed - Understanding of the current business landscape and addressing immediate issues - Ability to influence teams to prioritize internal/external customer experience - Openness to adapting to new ideas in an evolving role - Availability to work in a business-required shift (11:30 AM to 8:30 PM IST) If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for software implementation and consulting, and are eager to contribute to the growth and success of UKG Ready, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
