Job Title: US Voice Process ( Fresher Male Candidates)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify resumes and extract relevant keywords based on company requirements
• Source and screen candidate profiles from job boards
• Maintain and update recruitment databases for accurate tracking
• Evaluate candidates’ credibility and documentation
• Keep candidates informed about their application status
• Serve as the primary point of contact for applicants, building strong relationships throughout the selection process
• Guide candidates through IT-based Knowledge Transfer Programs and share insights on internal hiring.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (any field) or equivalent.

Skills:

• Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and internet browsing
• Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Good organizational and interpersonal abilities

Qualities:

• High energy, enthusiasm, and eagerness to learn
• Looking for long-term stability and career growth
• Preference: Male candidates only (due to night shift requirements)

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
• Attractive Incentives based on performance
• Travel Allowance provided

Work Hours

• Night Shift: 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM (Monday to Friday)
• Weekends off for work-life balance.
