US travel sales consultant

As a US Travel Sales Consultant at Pcube Consultancy, your role will involve promoting and selling travel services to clients traveling to and from the US. This includes selling flights, accommodations, tour packages, travel insurance, and related services. You will be a key player in ensuring customer satisfaction and providing them with the best travel options available. Key Responsibilities: - Sell domestic and international travel packages, including flights, hotels, tours, and insurance. - Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, or chat effectively and efficiently. - Stay updated on travel trends, airline policies, visa requirements, and COVID-related travel guidelines to provide accurate information to clients. - Handle changes, cancellations, and other customer service issues promptly and professionally. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in sales or customer service roles preferred. - Excellent communication skills and customer-focused mindset. - Knowledge of travel industry trends and destinations. - Ability to work night shifts or US shifts as required.
