US Tax - Supervisor - Private Equity

We are looking for a skilled professional with 4 to 9 years of experience to join our team as a US Tax - Supervisor - Private Equity in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in taxation and excellent leadership skills. Roles and Responsibility Supervise and manage a team of tax professionals to ensure compliance with US tax laws and regulations. Review and analyze complex private equity and hedge fund partnership tax returns. Facilitate communication between clients and the service team, managing risk for both parties. Interact directly with clients to address questions, plan, and concerns. Develop, motivate, and train staff level and intern team members. Stay updated on current tax practices and changes in tax law. Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or Accounting or a related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in business taxation, preferably with Big 4 or large national accounting firms. Must be eligible to sit for the CPA exam, CA, or EA certification. Prior tax compliance and consulting experience serving Asset Management clients is preferred. Working knowledge of tax code and technical aspects of tax preparation and compliance. Ability to work closely with clients to answer questions or collect necessary information for tax service requirements.
