Job Title : US Talent Acquisition Associate (Fresher – Male Candidates Preferred)

Key Responsibilities: –

• Identify resumes and extract relevant keywords based on the company's current needs.
• Source and screen potential candidates' resumes from job boards.
• Maintain and monitor recruitment databases to ensure accurate tracking.
• Evaluate candidates' credibility and complete all necessary documentation.
• Keep all applicants informed about their application status throughout the process.
• Serve as a primary point of contact, fostering strong relationships with candidates during the selection process.
• A key responsibility is to initiate contact with potential candidates and guide them through IT-based Knowledge Transfer Programs, providing insights into effective internal hiring practices.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and internet research.
• Willingness to learn recruitment and candidate engagement techniques.
• High level of enthusiasm, energy, and a strong work ethic.
• Good interpersonal skills and a confident, proactive approach to candidate interaction.
• Open to working in a dynamic, fast-paced recruitment environment.

Salary:

• Salary based upon the market standard.
• Incentives based upon the performance.
• Travelling allowance is provided.

Duty Hours & Shifts:

• Night Shift (8:30 PM–5:30 AM).
• Monday to Friday.
