Job Title: US Staffing Associate – Voice Process
Location - Kolkata

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify suitable resumes and extract relevant keywords based on current organizational requirements.
• Source and screen potential candidates through various job boards and professional platforms.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases to ensure accurate and timely tracking of all hiring activities.
• Assess candidates’ credibility and ensure completion of all required documentation.
• Keep applicants informed about their application status throughout the hiring process.
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Initiate communication with potential candidates and guide them through IT-based Knowledge Transfer Programs, ensuring they understand internal hiring practices and processes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent.

Skills:

• Basic proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and internet browsing.
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and coordination abilities.
• High level of energy, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach.

Duty Hours & Shift:

• Night Shift: 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM
• Working Days: Monday to Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
