Job Overview

We are looking for a Male candidates are required for this position. Support Associate to act as the primary point of contact for candidates during the onboarding and payment process. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless recruitment experience by guiding candidates, resolving queries, and coordinating with internal teams. Strong communication and mentoring skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist candidates with onboarding and payment-related support.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments for clear and timely communication.
• Provide accurate responses and solutions to candidate and client inquiries.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, issues, and resolutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve concerns promptly.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance overall service quality.
• Mentor and guide candidates throughout their recruitment journey.

Education Qualification & Skills Required

• Graduation from any stream (mandatory)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good mentoring and interpersonal abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Salary

• CTC - 1,80,000 - 2,16,000 per annum
• Travelling Allowance is provided.

Working Days & Shift Timing

• Monday - Friday.
• Shift Time - 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
