US Sourcer (Non IT Recruitment)

About the job:

Minimum 1 year of experience in resume sourcing or end-to-end recruiting

Familiarity with current direct sourcing techniques and ability to remain current with developing

new techniques

Consultative and customer-focused approach with recruiters and hiring managers

The ability to prioritize, manage time well, stay organized, quickly address needs, and adjust

focus as needed.

Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Quick learner, with a positive attitude and ability to work well within a team

Ability to treat sensitive/confidential information with appropriate discretion

Ability to comfortably work in a deadline-oriented environment

Work Timings- US East Coast (6:30 PM IST - 3:30 AM IST; Cabs provided)
