Job Title: US HR Representative Location: Coimbatore Shift: US Shift (Night) Experience: 5+ years in US HR Operations Job Summary: Looking for an experienced US HR Representative to manage end-to-end HR operations for US employees, including onboarding/offboarding, payroll documentation (I-9, W-4, E-Verify), immigration support, vendor negotiations, legal compliance, and performance management. Must have strong knowledge of US employment laws, staffing/contract staffing industry, and excellent negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities: Handle onboarding, offboarding, and payroll compliance (I-9, W-4, E-Verify). Support immigration processes (H-1B, GC, PERM). Negotiate vendor contracts and review legal clauses (Non-Compete, Non-Solicitation). Manage stakeholder communications and resolve escalations. Conduct hike and appraisal discussions. Understand staffing & contract staffing models. Requirements: Min 5 years in US HR operations. Experience in vendor negotiations, immigration processes, and legal compliance. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Bachelors/Masters in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
