Role Overview: As an Advisor/Sr Advisor at WTW in Vikhroli, your main responsibility will be to ensure all premiums received from clients are paid out to the Carriers. You will be required to reconcile carrier statements, resolve discrepancies, review open ledgers, handle clearance of uncashed/uncleared checks, and respond to queries from field offices/carriers. Additionally, you will be responsible for intercompany reconciliation, following SOPs and statutory requirements, contributing to process improvement, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and meeting defined KPIs. Understanding upstream and downstream processes will also be essential. Key Responsibilities: - Reconcile Carrier statement with WTW books of accounts - Review open ledgers and perform small balance write-offs, offsets, etc. as per accounting guidelines - Handle clearance of uncashed/uncleared checks - Respond timely to queries, requests, corrections from field offices/carriers - Liaise with field offices and other WTW locations for Intercompany Reconciliation - Adhere to SOPs, Client/Carrier specifications, and statutory requirements - Contribute to potential process improvement areas - Maintain effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders - Deliver as per defined KPIs for the role, maintaining Quality and Turnaround standards - Understand upstream and downstream processes Qualification Required: - Graduation/Post-graduation - Good understanding and knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel - 1 year of experience in Accounting/Financial Process preferable Do note that only candidates with prior experience in Evening or Night Shifts, as well as experience in Accounting, are eligible to apply for this role.
