Job Description: Only Fresher Shift Timing: US timing - 07.00 PM to 04.00 AM IST Mode of Work: Working from Office Key Responsibilities: Responsible for full life cycle recruiting including direct sourcing activities, preliminary phone interviewing, and negotiation of compensation packages. Recruiting through Internet job portals combined with utilizing existing candidate relationships and referrals, along with various Internet sourcing techniques. Screening candidates based on resource managers job description, relevant knowledge, and experience for required skill sets, functional skills and communication skills. Regular follow up from first Contact till the offer letter is extending to the candidate. Coordinate salary expectations, counter offers, benefits and interviews. Reference check for candidate to ensure their authenticity and relevance. Responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates, checking references, and updating job boards. Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes: Positive attitude Flexible & Aggressive Excellent communication skills (Spoken and Written). Work independently with little supervision in a fast-paced agency environment Have a knack for learning and staying up to date with new technologies Professional, Adaptable and Resilient - able to take no for an answer yet still apply 100% effort throughout the workday Goal-oriented; have a burning desire to be successful Advanced computer skills especially Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook. Bachelors IT or relevant degree. Must have experience in dealing with W2/C2C with U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, H1B candidates TAX Terms: C2C, W2, 1099 and VISA: GC, USC, H1b, OPT EAD, and IT Staffing experience Experience on VMS & ATS. Must have experience in hiring all levels of technical candidates Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles You will be confident in communicating with professional organisations over the phone, email and face to face. You will be self-motivated, driven and passionate to succeed within your career, maintaining positivity and drive throughout. Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured). Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles. Good knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search). Clear understanding of Visa processes. Strong desire to build relationships with clients & candidates.
