US International Chat Support Executive

As a valued member of our Chat Process US Process team at Tech Mahindra in Noida, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service through chat interactions. We are seeking dedicated professionals with international BPO experience who are eager to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. To be eligible for this position, you should hold a graduate degree in any stream and possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in the International BPO industry, specifically in Chat Process with exposure to US Process operations. Your availability to work in Night Shift (US Process Timings) and immediate joining at our Noida office are essential requirements. Key Skills that will make you successful in this role include excellent written communication skills in English, a proficient typing speed with accuracy, the ability to manage multiple chat interactions simultaneously, and strong customer handling and problem-solving capabilities.
