The ideal candidate must be strong in US Tax Terms (W2, C2C, 1099), VMS/MSP hiring, ATS management, and sourcing healthcare professionals like RN, LPN/LVN, CNA, Medical Coders, Allied Health staff, and non-clinical roles. This role requires expertise in healthcare staffing, candidate screening, interview coordination, and night-shift US hiring using platforms like LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed, and internal databases. Candidates with advanced skills in talent sourcing, compliance, and US shift recruitment operations will be preferred.
