Title: Healthcare Recruiter Experience: 6months minimum Shift: Night Role & responsibilities • Understand client requirements related to their Healthcare/Pharmaceutical needs and deliver qualified consultants. Source and screen potential candidates for contract/ permanent openings. Prioritizing requirements and ensuring that all prioritized requirements are worked upon, and timely submissions are made. Establish relationships with consultants in specified regions. Interview prospective candidates and educate candidates on clients process. Negotiate compensation, communicate offers, facilitate the placement of candidates, and solicit referrals of other qualified consultants. Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements. Meet or exceed weekly goal/target expectations. Will be responsible for effective usage of Internal Systems/Database for recording different stages in recruitment process. Requisitie Skills • Excellent communication skills. Flexibility to work in night shifts. Result orientation and strong desire to earn a good income. Excellent negotiation & relationship building skills. Strong work ethics and sense of commitment. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of healthcare terminologies will be added advantage.
