Stay current on industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment. Qualifications and Skills: 1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in healthcare recruitment. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize workload effectively. 5.
