Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in health informatics, IT, Biomedical Engineering, or related field (preferred).Minimum 5 years of experience supporting any PACS/CVIS systems in a hospital or clinical environment.Strong knowledge of DICOM, HL7, IHE standards, and network protocols.Familiarity with radiology workflows, RIS integration, and medical imaging regulatory compliance.Experience with cardiology imaging modalities:ECHO, Cath Lab, ECG, Holter, Stress Test, Nuclear, etc.Proven ability to manage SLAs and perform in depth Root Cause Analysis (RCA).Familiarity with applications like FUJI Synapse Cardiovascular, GE Muse, Philips products, or similar.Good problem-solving, communication, and vendor management skills.Ability to participate in on-call support and respond to critical incidents as needed.
