US Freight broker / Drayage Specialist

As a Freight Broker at our company based in Mohali, you will be responsible for managing the transportation of goods by building and maintaining relationships with shippers. Your role will involve utilizing your communication skills to work with a minimum of 2-3 active shippers and onboard them into our managed carriers. Additionally, you should possess at least 1 year of experience in the freight brokerage industry and have a basic understanding of Drayage and OTR operations. It is expected that you bring along a book of business from your previous company to contribute to our growth. The position offers a range of benefits including a 5-day work week, pick & drop facility, and one-time meal provision. You will also be entitled to benefits such as health insurance, paid sick time, and provident fund. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to earn performance bonuses and yearly bonuses based on your contributions. This is a full-time job that requires you to work evening shifts, Monday to Friday, and night shifts on US timings.
