Job Title: International Sales - Voice (UK/USA/Australian Markets) Location: Delhi/Noida (Work from Office) Salary: 15,000 - 40,000 per month (based on experience) Experience Required: 6 months to 6 years (International Sales / Collections experience preferred) Key Responsibilities: Manage international sales and collections for UK, USA, and Australian markets. Handle inbound and outbound calls, engaging with clients for debt collections and sales. Perform negotiation and settlement of outstanding debts with international clients. Provide excellent service while meeting monthly sales and collections targets. Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of collections issues. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, payments, and resolutions in the CRM system. Identify opportunities to upsell services and products during client interactions. Follow up with customers regularly to ensure collections targets are met. Demonstrate exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in International Sales, Debt Collections, or Sales (specific focus on UK/USA/Australian markets is preferred). Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a neutral accent. Ability to handle challenging conversations professionally and work under pressure. Previous experience in international debt collection or sales (UK, USA, Australia) will be highly preferred. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and collections quotas. Knowledge of debt collection regulations and international market specifics is a plus. Experience in B2B or B2C collections or sales is a plus. Educational Qualifications: Graduate or undergraduate in any stream. Note: Customer support experience will not be considered for this role.
