Deliver exceptional customer experience in all interactions through inbound and outbound calls to meet goals. Follow-up with various departments to get supporting documents/ info for dispute/deductions resolution. Resolve customer issues and complaints concerning billing disputes. Perform uploads to customer websites. Submit regular reports on the status of unpaid accounts and any repayment progress.
