US CMA Faculty / Trainer

Position: US CMA Faculty (Part 1 & Part 2)

Role Overview:

We are looking for experienced and certified US CMA professionals to join our academic team as subject trainers. The ideal candidate should have strong command over IMA's CMA syllabus and a passion for delivering high-quality sessions to aspiring finance professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured sessions (live/online) for CMA Part 1 and Part 2
• Prepare session plans aligned with IMA Learning Outcome Statements (LOS)
• Provide mentoring, exam support, and doubt-solving to students
• Conduct assessments, mock tests, and feedback reviews
• Collaborate with academic and operations teams for class scheduling
• Stay updated with changes in CMA syllabus and exam pattern

Candidate Requirements:

• US CMA Qualified (mandatory)
• 2-5 years of CMA teaching/training experience preferred
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Familiar with Becker, Hock, U World, or similar CMA prep tools
• Comfortable teaching via Zoom, Google Meet, or LMS platforms
