US Calling Sales Representative - Insurance

Job Description:

We are hiring Sales Representatives with experience in U.S. outbound calling. The role involves making sales calls to U.S.-based customers across various campaigns. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in U.S. calling, strong English communication skills, and the ability to work night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to U.S. clients to promote products or services
• Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
• Achieve daily or weekly call and conversion targets
• Record call details and outcomes accurately
• Follow campaign-specific guidelines and scripts

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in U.S. outbound calling (Required)
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Comfortable working night shifts (U.S. time zones)
• Sales or call center background preferred
• Must be available to work from the office
