Urgently Hiring SME for Service Department

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Engagement & Retention

• Conduct outbound calls to existing customers for service reminders, follow-ups, AMC renewals, and feedback collection.
• Manage retention campaigns such as periodic service reminders, insurance renewal coordination, and lapsed customer recovery.
• Build relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and repeat business.

2. Service Promotions & Campaigns

• Plan and execute periodic service promotions, value-added service campaigns, seasonal offers, and customer camps
• Promote extended warranty, service packages, AMC, and pickup/drop services.

3. Database Management

• Maintain and update the customer database regularly.
• Track campaign response, customer visits, conversions, and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Ensure accurate documentation for marketing campaigns and customer interactions.

4. Customer Feedback & Analysis

• Collect and record customer feedback (CSAT/NPS).
• Identify service issues and escalate to the Service Manager.
• Work with the quality team to improve customer satisfaction scores.

5. Coordination with Service Team

• Work closely with CRM, Service Advisors, and the front-office team to convert leads into service appointments.
• Assist in follow-ups after vehicle delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹363,396.71 - ₹1,667,561.66 per year
