Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and lead a team of field sales executives
• Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement
• Conduct field visits and support the team in client acquisition

Candidate Profile:

• Graduation is mandatory
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and team handling
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
• Willingness to travel across Nashik and nearby areas
