• Source resumes through various channels, including job portals, professional networks, and internal databases.
• Identify, contact, screen, and evaluate candidates to find the best fit for each role.
• Provide candidates with detailed information about the job role, industry, and business line of the hospital.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups for feedback.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet forecasted hiring needs.
• Maintain recruitment reports, track candidate status, and provide updates to stakeholders in a timely manner.
