Job Details

We are seeking a skilled VMC (Vertical Machining Centre) Operator to join our dynamic team. The VMC Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining VMC machines to produce precision parts and components. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of machining processes, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate VMC machines to perform precise machining operations. Interpret engineering blueprints, sketches, and detailed drawings to determine dimensions and tolerances. Perform routine maintenance on VMC machines to ensure optimal performance. Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure parts meet specifications. Conduct quality inspections of finished products using precision measuring tools. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machinery, tools, and software. Maintain accurate records of production runs and machine settings. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency. Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
