Role & responsibilities Experience 3Yr VBA Developer Write macros and libraries for Excel in VBA Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain applications and modules Create new VBA macros Provides technical leadership to the business on a wide variety of corporate projects to define strategy and implement initiatives, in support of the achievement of department and corporate goals Assists in the determination of scope, development, and documentation of requirements, and the coordination of testing Co-ordinates projects, including testing, as assigned by management to assist in the achievement of functional objectives Ability to work an 8 hour work day between the hours of 6 a.m Resolve issues and provide updates for management Ensure that new database codes meet company standards for readability, reliability, and performance Familiar with software development methodologies and experienced several full software development life-cycles Must possess very strong VBA programming skills for MS Access and MS Excel Excellent in written and verbal communication and presentation skills Must be able to effectively communicate complex technical concepts with fellow team members
