Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
Manage daily social media activities including posting, scheduling, and monitoring content
Coordinate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand-aligned communication
Handle community management by responding to comments, messages, and user queries in a timely manner
Assist in executing social media campaigns, promotions, and employer branding initiatives
Track and analyze social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports
Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to suggest improvements
Support paid social media campaigns and influencer collaborations when required
Ensure consistency with brand voice, tone, and visual guidelines across all platforms

Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools
