Train students in basic to advanced skating techniques, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Prepare students for inter-school, state, and national level skating competitions. Monitor and assess the performance and progress of students on a regular basis. Ensure the maintenance and safety of skating equipment. Organize demonstration sessions, sports days, and skating events as part of the annual activity calendar. Maintain attendance records and student progress reports. Collaborate with other sports instructors and school management to plan integrated sports activities. Educate students on the importance of physical fitness, discipline, and teamwork through skating. Skills & Qualifications: Minimum Diploma/Certification in Skating Coaching from a recognized sports authority or federation. Prior experience as a skating coach in a school or sports academy is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle students of various age groups. Passionate about teaching and mentoring young athletes.Role & responsibilities
