Key Responsibilities:
Perform call audits for outbound sales campaigns to ensure compliance with company standards, sales scripts, and regulatory guidelines.
Monitor and evaluate the quality of calls made by the sales team, providing feedback and actionable insights.
Identify gaps in sales communication, product knowledge, objection handling, and closing techniques.
Work closely with the training and operations team to suggest improvements based on audit findings.
Prepare regular quality reports highlighting trends, challenges, and recommendations.
Conduct calibration sessions with sales teams to align quality standards.
Support the achievement of sales targets by ensuring high call quality and customer experience.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
