JOB DETAILS : Experience : 1+ Years of experience in Pathology Notice : Immediate Work Mode : Office Salary : Best in Market RESPONSIBILITIES : *Assign and sequence all codes for services rendered. *Collaborate with the billing department to ensure all bills are satisfied in a timely manner. *Communicate with insurance companies about coding errors and disputes. *Submit statistical data for analysis and research by other departments. *Ensure appropriate coding as per CMS guidelines. *Serves as a resource regarding insurance resolutions and coding questions. *Adhere to the coding guidelines and legal requirements to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. *Take responsibility in helping and educating the team across coding and billing per requirement. *To maintain Knowledge of current updates in coding and billing principles, including federal regulations & guidelines. COMPETENCIES / SKILL SET : *Minimum 1 years of Pathology *Analytical and problem-solving skills *Good multitasking, time management and organizational skills. *Problem-solving ability *Team working *Organization, time management, prioritizing and the ability to handle a complex, varied workload *Certification is Optional. QUALIFICATIONS & WORK EXPERIENCE : *Human science with bachelor or Master Degree / Life science graduates / Paramedical. *Knowledge in Anatomy and Physiology *1+ Years of experience in Pathology.
