Job Description : We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive in Jodhpur to manage and nurture client relationships, provide excellent service, and support insurance sales and retention. Responsibilities : Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs Meeting daily, weekly and monthly sales targets Lead generation, meeting customers and onboarding the customers on CashKaro Activation of the onboarded customers consistently Handling customers queries and complaints and escalate, if required, to the management Participate in the sale meeting whenever required Requirements and skills: Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques Fast learner and passion for sales No any fees to pay Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹260,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year Benefits: Flexible schedule Health insurance Life insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Joining bonus Performance bonus Yearly bonus Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Direct sales: 2 years (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
