Job Description:

We are urgently hiring Telecallers for our U.S. Process at Khairatabad. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, confidence on calls, and a strong desire to build a career in the BPO and sales domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to U.S. customers and promote company products/services.
• Handle customer queries and objections confidently.
• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets and maintain call quality.
• Maintain accurate call records and update customer details in CRM.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth process flow.

Requirements:

• Good English communication skills (basic to moderate).
• Willingness to work in Night Shift (U.S. Process).
• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
• Freshers are welcome — full training will be provided.
