Role & responsibilities Storage Engineer:- Responsible for managing and maintaining hardware storage systems, including SAN and NAS. Plan, implement, and configure storage solutions to ensure optimal performance and alignment with organizational needs. Monitor storage capacity, forecast future requirements, and develop disaster recovery plans. Troubleshoot hardware issues, maintain documentation, and generate usage reports. Collaborate with IT teams to integrate storage into broader infrastructure and stay current with the latest storage technologies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Skills:- Expert in SAN, NAS, and DAS storage systems. Proficient with NetApp, Dell EMC, HPE 3PAR, Pure Storage, and IBM Storage. Strong knowledge of storage protocols (iSCSI, NFS, SMB, Fibre Channel), backup and disaster recovery techniques, and performance tuning. Qualification:- Storage Engineer should have a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with certifications like EMC, NCDA, HPE, or similar in storage systems. They must possess hands-on experience with storage systems, backup solutions, and disaster recovery. Ideally, candidates should have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. Server Engineer:- Responsible for maintaining and supporting server hardware infrastructure, including the installation and configuration of physical servers, ensuring optimal hardware setup, and creating server configuration standards. The role requires a deep understanding of server technologies, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware. Skills:- Strong understanding of server hardware (DELL, HP, CISCO, IBM).Ability to monitor and optimize server performance.Strong technical knowledge with attention to detail and initiative.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Qualification:- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Certifications: MCSA, MCSE, or other Microsoft server certifications.3 to 5 years of experience managing servers. Network Engineer:- Responsible for designing and implementing the organization's network infrastructure. This includes configuring and installing network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and other hardware from Cisco, Juniper, D-Link, and Dell. The role involves troubleshooting network issues and ensuring optimal performance and security. Skills:- In-depth knowledge of network hardware and devices.Expertise in configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining network infrastructure.Strong problem-solving skills for network-related issues. Qualification:- A degree in Computer Science, Networking, IT, or a related field.Certifications: CCNA and CCNP.3-5 years of hands-on experience with network configuration, troubleshooting, and security protocols.
