Job Purpose: A Storage Administrator plays a crucial role in managing and maintaining an organizations data storage systems Job Description: System Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance checks, troubleshoot issues, and optimize storage performance Storage Provisioning: Configure and administer storage solutions such as NAS (Network Attached Storage), SAN (Storage Area Network), and DAS (Direct Attached Storage) Disaster Recovery: Develop and implement disaster recovery strategies to protect data integrity and availability Performance Tuning: Monitor and tune storage systems for optimal performance Technical Skill: 10+ working experience in managing and administrating Datacenter In-depth technology knowledge about Dell PowerMax block storage Configuration, tunning, security and administration Have experience of deploying, configuring and troubleshooting Dell ISILON storage Working experience on Severs (ESXi hosts, bare metal servers) Able to administrate, configure and manage file shares Have experience with Dell Open Manage Enterprise (OME) Have Experience with Dell PowerEdge compute Firmware lifecycle Have experience of managing Firmware lifecycle upgrades on Dell Storages Experience with cabling troubleshooting Ethernet and Fiber-channel connectivity Ability to create baselines to manage the lifecycle of ESXi hosts & VM hardware tool versioning Have experience in VM deployment and configuration Experience with VMware operations for Performance troubleshooting, automation & capacity planning along with appliance lifecycle Proficient in VM deployment and Configuration Ability to migrate workloads to and from various vSphere instances as needed Have experience of managing Dell IDPA appliances for backup & restoration Have experience of storage replication technology and tools Have in-depth understanding on storage encryption and compressions features Have experience of writing SOPs, standard guidelines documentations Work with Compliance team to understand security need and provide industry best recommendation Have worked on Datacenter migration projects from planning to deployment phases Have experience on managing administrating windows servers Excellent trouble shooting skills (performance, connectivity, system resources) Experience with SCOM tool administration and monitoring Qualifications and Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in CIS, MIS or equivalent work experience Experience with Dell Technologies and Tools Good communication skills Project management skills is plus JIRA tool knowledge is plus Excellent organizational skills The use of good judgment and good interpersonal communication skills Exercises confidentiality and discretion

The key qualifications we are looking for include: Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Experience with virtualization (VMware, Nutanix, Hyper-V). Prior experience as an infrastructure engineer or similar role. Relevant certifications (MCSE, AWS Solutions Architect) are a plus. Plan, implement, and configure storage solutions to ensure optimal performance and alignment with organizational needs. Monitor storage capacity, forecast future requirements, and develop disaster recovery plans. Troubleshoot hardware issues, maintain documentation, and generate usage reports. Collaborate with IT teams to integrate storage into broader infrastructure and stay current with the latest storage technologies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Skills:- Expert in SAN, NAS, and DAS storage systems. Proficient with NetApp, Dell EMC, HPE 3PAR, Pure Storage, and IBM Storage. Strong knowledge of storage protocols (iSCSI, NFS, SMB, Fibre Channel), backup and disaster recovery techniques, and performance tuning. Qualification:- Storage Engineer should have a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with certifications like EMC, NCDA, HPE, or similar in storage systems. They must possess hands-on experience with storage systems, backup solutions, and disaster recovery. Ideally, candidates should have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. Server Engineer:- Responsible for maintaining and supporting server hardware infrastructure, including the installation and configuration of physical servers, ensuring optimal hardware setup, and creating server configuration standards. The role requires a deep understanding of server technologies, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware. Skills:- Strong understanding of server hardware (DELL, HP, CISCO, IBM).Ability to monitor and optimize server performance.Strong technical knowledge with attention to detail and initiative.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Qualification:- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Certifications: MCSA, MCSE, or other Microsoft server certifications.3 to 5 years of experience managing servers. Network Engineer:- Responsible for designing and implementing the organization's network infrastructure. This includes configuring and installing network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and other hardware from Cisco, Juniper, D-Link, and Dell. The role involves troubleshooting network issues and ensuring optimal performance and security. Skills:- In-depth knowledge of network hardware and devices.Expertise in configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining network infrastructure.Strong problem-solving skills for network-related issues. Qualification:- A degree in Computer Science, Networking, IT, or a related field.Certifications: CCNA and CCNP.3-5 years of hands-on experience with network configuration, troubleshooting, and security protocols.
