Urgent Hiring - Service Engineer (Chillers)

• Attend AMC, CAMC and breakdown service calls and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
• Prepare and submit detailed service reports after complaint closure.
• Generate enquiries for spare parts, services and Value Added Products (VAP).
• Coordinate with internal teams for effective troubleshooting and complaint resolution.
• Handle commissioning of new chillers.
• Achieve spare parts sales and service business targets.
• Follow up with customers for pending payments and outstanding dues.
• Provide technical training to customers and operators.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for chiller erection and shutdown jobs.
• Ensure proper site handover and generate enquiries for value-added products.
• Provide technical support and solutions to customers while maintaining strong relationships.
• Improve customer satisfaction to generate repeat and future business.
• Collect C-Forms, TDS documents and other required certificates from customers.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in chiller service, HVAC maintenance or industrial cooling systems.
• Knowledge of chiller commissioning, troubleshooting, breakdown maintenance and servicing.
• Exposure to AMC/CAMC, spare parts sales and service operations.
• Good customer handling, coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage service calls, vendors and customer requirements.

Qualified Minimum

Skills -

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to coordinate with customers, sales and engineering teams and manage multiple tasks effectively.
