Job Summary: Casrs24 is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team. This position will involve visiting customers' locations to inspect, assess, and address any issues related to the warranty of our products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that any warranty claims are thoroughly examined and resolved in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities: Field Inspections: Visit customers' locations to perform in-depth quality inspections of vehicles or products under warranty. Issue Resolution: Identify and assess the root causes of issues reported by customers. Provide practical solutions and ensure the timely repair or replacement of faulty components as per the warranty terms. Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining clear communication with clients, addressing their concerns, and offering technical support on-site. Documentation: Accurately document all inspections, issues identified, actions taken, and recommendations provided. Maintain detailed records for warranty processing and future reference. Collaboration with Team: Work closely with internal teams, including customer service, technical support, and engineering, to ensure issues are resolved effectively and efficiently. Compliance : Ensure all repairs and inspections comply with industry standards, warranty policies, and company procedures. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for product and process improvement based on customer feedback and inspection findings. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical certifications in automotive or mechanical fields are a plus. Experience : Minimum of 2-7 years of experience in a quality inspection or technical support role, ideally within the automotive or product warranty field. Skills: Strong technical knowledge of vehicle systems, mechanical parts, and product quality standards. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Outstanding communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality assurance. Travel: Must be willing and able to travel to customer locations as required.
