Job Description

This is a hybrid role, will have to travel on their cost to Kerala / Trivandrum to collect the laptop and attend the onboarding session and they can work from the location and join nearby office where they have to travel to office 2 times a week. Must be open to travel to Middle Eastern Region 2-3 weeks a month Workdays Sunday to Thursday ( 10am 7pm ) Friday and Saturday will be an off Role & responsibilities SAP Tax and Revenue Management - Senior Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and experienced SAP TRM Senior Consultant, responsible for the design, configuration, and support of the SAP TRM module for our public sector clients Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Implement and configure the SAP TRM module according to the specific requirements of public sector clients. Analyze and map client business processes related to tax and revenue management to SAP TRM functionalities. Conduct workshops and training sessions to gather requirements and educate end-users on the capabilities of SAP TRM. Develop and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications, configuration documents, and process flows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP TRM with other SAP modules and external systems. Perform system upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure system stability and optimal performance. Provide ongoing support and enhancements to the SAP TRM environment based on legislative changes, user feedback, and business needs. Experience: 3-7 years of relevant experience in SAP TRM. Successfully completed at least two end-to-end implementations. Proven experience with SAP TRM module implementation and support, preferably in a public sector context. Strong understanding of tax and revenue management processes and regulatory requirements. Experience of having worked in a client facing delivery role. Experience in working in client-facing delivery roles, with a proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships. Competencies / Skills: Experience in a consulting or business analyst role within the tax and revenue management domain. Strong customer handling skills, with the ability to build relationships and provide mentorship to team members. Excellent communication skills for translating functional requirements into design documents. Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams, while independently driving key deliverables. Education: Graduate from a reputed educational institution. SAP certification in Tax and Revenue Management (preferred). Must possess a valid passport and be willing to travel for client site work (domestic and international).
