1. Sales Training and Development: a. Conduct field-based sales training sessions for new and existing sales team members. b. Develop and update training materials, presentations, and sales guides to ensure alignment with the latest broadband products, promotions, and technologies. c. Provide coaching on best practices for customer engagement, objection handling, and closing sales. d. Deliver product knowledge training on broadband services, including speed tiers, equipment, and service packages. 2. Performance Coaching: a. Monitor and evaluate individual and team sales performance. b. Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to sales team members to improve their selling techniques and knowledge of broadband services. c. Help sales reps overcome barriers in their selling process by offering real time solutions and guidance. 3. Field Support: a. Accompany sales representatives in the field to observe sales techniques and provide immediate feedback.
