The company is a Gurugram-based tech company modernising supply chains through its cloud-based platform, Inventify, which uses AI and IoT to improve distributor management, asset tracking, and operational efficiency for leading brands.

• Product Operations & Application Support
• Client Coordination with Strong Analytical & Communication Skills

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to maintain quality standards
• Resolve common technical and application issues using available resources
• Coordinate with clients to understand and update application requirements
• Manage administrative functions of the application
• Handle Helpdesk support via phone, email, and chat
• Review software requirements and create relevant test scenarios
• Analyze test results to identify bugs, issues, and usability concerns
• Participate in reviews, prepare reports, and provide feedback
• Support ongoing and upcoming client queries
• Flexibility to work on weekends when required

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Engineering preferred)
• 02 years of experience in IT performance analysis or product operations
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems, Selenium, JIRA, or similar tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Well-organized with strong time-management abilities
