Edify World School, Whitefield, is seeking a dynamic and experienced academic leader for the position of Vice Principal to support the school’s vision of academic excellence and holistic development.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Principal in managing academic and administrative operations
• Ensure effective curriculum planning, implementation, and monitoring
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate teaching staff
• Maintain academic standards and compliance with board requirements
• Coordinate with parents, teachers, students, and management
• Support staff development initiatives and school improvement plans.

Eligibility & Experience

• Mandatory Qualification is B.Ed
• Any higher degree (MA / MSc / M.Ed or equivalent)
• Experience Required 5–10 years
• Mandatory Experience:
• Previous experience as a Vice Principal
• Academic Coordinator in a reputed school
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
