Key Responsibilities-

Job Location- Turbe MIDC, Navi Mumbai

Data Input: Accurately transcribing information from documents into digital formats.Data Verification: Reviewing entered data for errors, inconsistencies, and discrepancies.Data Maintenance: Updating and maintaining databases and records to ensure data integrity.File Management: Organizing and maintaining both physical and digital files.Report Generation: Creating and providing reports and summaries of data as requested by other departments or management.Data Retrieval: Responding to requests for specific data from databases or electronic filing systems.Data Security: Implementing and adhering to data security and confidentiality policies.Administrative Tasks: Performing other administrative duties such as scanning, printing, and basic office equipment operation.Required Skills & QualificationsAccuracy & Attention to Detail: The ability to enter data without errors and notice discrepancies.Typing Speed: Fast and accurate typing skills are crucial.Computer Proficiency: Knowledge of database systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).Confidentiality: Understanding the importance of protecting sensitive and confidential information.Organization: The ability to organize data and manage multiple tasks efficiently.Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills.Education: Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with further computer training being a plus.
