Job Summary: We are looking for a high-performing and strategic Sales Manager to lead and grow our urology consumables business & Capital Equipment, . The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing area sales managers and territory executives, driving revenue growth, building key customer relationships, and implementing sales strategies to increase market share and brand presence in the region. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Business Development Develop and execute the regional sales plan in alignment with company objectives. Achieve sales targets and growth objectives for urology consumable products (e.g., catheters, stents, capital equipment - Laser / Scopes etc.). Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, product lines, and institutional sales. Distributor & Channel Management Appoint, manage, and support a strong distribution network across the region. Ensure stock availability, optimal supply chain management, and timely order execution. Resolve any distributor-related issues promptly and efficiently. Customer Relationship Management Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders: urologists, surgeons, hospital purchase managers, procurement heads, etc. Drive customer engagement through CMEs, product demonstrations, and training sessions. Market Intelligence & Reporting Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and product feedback. Share regional market insights and customer needs with cross-functional teams. Maintain accurate records of sales, forecasts, team performance, and field activities through CRM. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Science, or Biomedical field. MBA in Marketing or Healthcare Management is preferred. 4 - 8 years of experience in medical device ( Urology ) Mandatory handling urology capital equipment . Strong knowledge of the healthcare landscape in Western & Central India. Demonstrated success in managing multi-state sales teams and achieving high growth.
