Manager Housekeeping & Facilities • Experience: 6 to 10 Yrs • Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent • Role Category: Facility Management • Education: 12TH GRADE • Must know how to use computer and basic Excel & Word document QUALITIES TO LOOK FOR WHILE INTERVIEWING CANDIDATES: · Must have studied only upto 12th class (Not a graduate) · Candidate must have experience managing housekeeping staff for at least 2 years · Candidate must have experience working at a hotel (a housekeeping supervisor/asst. Manager) and also at a VIP’s residence · Candidate must have experience in making living rooms, bedrooms, toilets look spic & span and well organized · Candidate must have good sense of understanding ability to get work done from the workers at residence · Candidate must be a responsible person willing to take full ownership of all of his works · Candidate should have ability to drive the housekeeping workers to complete their daily tasks perfectly · Candidate must also know some Hindi · Requiring for long term association only · Candidate must be well mannered and well groomed
