What You’ll Do • Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns – from scouting, negotiations, and briefing to final execution & reporting. • Own client communication – handle campaign calls, understand briefs, and deliver flawless execution. • Maintain structured data & campaign reports – no loose ends, everything tracked and reported. • Brainstorm and pitch creative campaign ideas to clients and creators. • Collaborate with the social media team for brand visibility and content. • Take ownership & accountability for campaign performance – with room to grow into a leadership role. What We’re Looking For • 1–3 years of hands-on influencer marketing / digital campaign experience. • Strong communication & negotiation skills – both with creators and brands. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with attention to detail. • A team player who can also guide interns/juniors when needed. • Bonus: Experience working with lifestyle, grooming, or fashion brands.
