Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi, India, for a Draughtsman/Modeller. The Draughtsman/Modeller will be responsible for creating detailed 2D drawings and 3D models, drafting construction drawings, conducting structural analysis, and providing accurate quantity estimations. Day-to-day tasks also include collaborating with the engineering team, ensuring project-specific detailing, and utilizing various software tools for BIM and parametric modeling. Qualifications Proficiency in 2D Drafting and 3D Modeling (AutoCAD, SketchUp) knowledge in BIM will be a plus! Ability to create construction drawings, reinforcement detailing. Relevant academic qualifications Strong communication and collaboration skills Experience with architectural visualization and massing concept design is beneficial
